Race Meeting Report Thu 4th November 2021

Thursday 4th November 2021 saw an eight (8) race program conducted on an overcast spring afternoon, with only light showers received  toward the end of the meeting. Spectators were again welcomed on-course, however due to segregation requirements AND the current safety upgrades making the Grandstand unavailable, the spectators were accommodated in the area adjacent to the top end of the Back Straight. Here seating was provided and the TAB Tote operated from an adjacent building, providing a much welcomed outing for many of our regular racegoers who as seen in the photo below were enjoying the picnic like setting on the grassed area on the far side of the track.

The day's competition winners were:

THE PUB DRIVE OF THE DAY: was won by BRAD ELDER driving  the Peter Neilson trained ITS ALLABOUT ALICE in Race 8 the Hygain Release Pace.

BRAD receives 1 bottle of wine courtesy The Pub, Gunnedah Rd Tamworth.

Congratulations to BRAD who had a very successful day at Tamworth driving four (4) winners from his four (4) drives on the program. Brad commented, that he has driven four winners before, but not with a 100% strike rate.
