Race Meeting Report Thursday 18th April 2024
Thursday Afternoon 18th April 2024 saw the Club run a nine (9) race meeting on a damn and showery Autumn afternoon.
This meeting saw the 10th anniversary running of the Perc Verning Memorial. Perc, a familiar face in the grandstand at the Club's race meetings in this latter years, passed on 27th April 2014.
THE COMPETITION WINNERS WERE:
THE PUB DRIVE OF THE DAY: was won by TOM ISON driving SMOLENSKI from the on-site stables of Dwayne Brown in Race 5 The Tamworth Trophy Supplies Pace.

HARNESS Racing New South Wales has today announced another prizemoney injection elevating Tamworth’s Golden Guitar to Group 2 status.
A record quarter-of-a-million-dollars will be distributed throughout the upcoming Golden Guitar Carnival, to be held over three meetings in January 2020.
