Race Meeting Report Thursday afternoon 21st August 2025

Thursday afternoon 21st August 2025 saw the Club make the best attempt at running an eight (8) race meeting on a day that started out with heavy rain from 1am and by 8am having dumped 34mm on the track and totalling 48mm for the 24 hour period to 9am. But the stewards gave the go-ahead and racing proceeded through to Race 5 at which time the meeting was abandoned due to the persistent rain making race driving conditions unsafe.

THE COMPETITION WINNERS WERE:

THE PUB DRIVE OF THE DAY: was won by JOSH OSBORN driving Rocknroll Clarry from his family's Maitland Stables in Race 5 the The Portable Horse Stables - Tamworth Pace. JOSH receives a $30.00 Meal Voucher courtesy of sponsor The Pub, Gunnedah Rd Tamworth.
