Race Meeting Report Thursday afternoon 17th July 2025

Thursday afternoon 17th July 2025 saw the Club conduct a nine (9) race meeting on a cool winter's afternoon, with light showers towards the end of the race meeting.

The meeting included two races where the first horse past the post whose owner was a financial member of the NSW Standardbred Owners Association, won a $1,000 bonus + a rug compliments of association sponsors Peter & Marie Neil's - Neil Group. The bonuses were won by:

• Donna Sutherland & Neil Kliendienst for ROLMAX in Race 3
• Andy Ison for MY ULTIMATE HUGO in Race 5

THE COMPETITION WINNERS WERE:

THE PUB DRIVE OF THE DAY: was won by CAITLIN McELHINNEY driving Paratrouper from Tamworth Stables of Jamie Donovan in Race 7 the Wests Entertainment Group Pace. CAITLIN receives a $30.00 Meal Voucher courtesy of sponsor The Pub, Gunnedah Rd Tamworth.
