Tamworth 16yo Year 10 high school student Tom Ison won't forget Thursday afternoon July 24 in a hurry as he piloted his first race winner, at just his second race drive, and on his home track before his family and friends.
EROS RETURNS IN STYLE
Local "champ" Soho Eros returned home to Tamworth on Thursday July 10 after a brief but unsuccessful Sydney campaign to show his liking for the 750m Showground circuit with an impresseive victory in the TAB Pace 1980m.
The race meeting originally scheduled for Tuesday 25th November 2014 has been transferred to Thursday 27th November 2014.

Leading Moonbi trainer/driver Dean Chapple and the Weidemann sisters from Qld continued their great run at Tamworth last Sunday afternoon with winning doubles. At the previous meeting on June 19 they both had landed trebles.
