Race Meeting Report Thursday 26th May 2022

Thursday afternoon 26th May 2022 saw the conducting of a nine (9) race meeting on a pleasant late autumn afternoon. The meeting saw the first use of the Club's new Presentation Area with a number of patrons taking advantage of the easily accessible space, which is adjacent to the finish line, to view the races:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The meeting once again saw the young drivers dominate with:

          3 winning drives to Maitland based Brad Elder

          2 winning drives to local Jemma Coney

   and 1 winning drive each to Blake Hughes, Tom Ison, Sam Ison and Jamie Donovan.

THE COMPETITION WINNERS WERE:

THE PUB DRIVE OF THE DAY: was won by BRAD ELDER driving LIFES A JUNGLE from his father Darren's Maitland stables in Race 2 the The Pub - Gunnedah Road Pace. 

BRAD receives 1 x $20.00 Meal Voucher courtesy of sponsor The Pub, Gunnedah Rd Tamworth.

(a random draw from the 67 phone area trainers, who have a horse engaged in the race meeting)
